All furniture sold in our store is covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty. A proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. Repair of the product and replacement of parts or the entire item do not extend the warranty period.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers technological defects revealed during the use of the furniture (not resulting from improper use).
What actions does the manufacturer take under the warranty?
In the case of a repairable defect, the complaint is handled by repairing the product by the Guarantor. In the case of a non-repairable defect, or when the repair would affect functional or aesthetic qualities, the complaint is resolved by replacing the defective elements with new, defect-free parts, or by replacing the entire piece of furniture if necessary. The manufacturer makes the final decision regarding the method of resolving the complaint.
The buyer cannot demand replacement of the defective furniture with a new, defect-free item if the Guarantor is able to perform an effective repair. The Guarantor performs obligations under the warranty as quickly as possible, taking into account the type of defect and the technical capabilities required to fix it.
Preventing the Guarantor from inspecting the furniture and/or carrying out repairs is considered a resignation from warranty rights
Exceptions
The warranty does not apply if the furniture has been improperly assembled (contrary to the instructions), improperly stored, used, connected, modified, or cleaned using unsuitable methods or cleaning agents. All installation, assembly, and care recommendations must always be followed. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, tears, stress marks, and other mechanical damage.
Care recommendations
- Use the furniture in dry places, protected from moisture and weather conditions.
- Clean all surfaces with a soft cloth moistened with warm water or a mild cleaning agent, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.
- When moving the furniture, hold it by the main body at the bottom. Do not lift or pull by handles or other fittings that are not intended for this purpose. Always hold the load-bearing structure, not other elements.
- Do not overload the furniture, as this may cause damage.
- Several times a year, check cam-lock connections to ensure they have not loosened. Tighten them if necessary.
- Do not stand on the furniture, as it poses a safety risk and may cause damage.
